Company wants your vacation to be filled with great memories that will keep you
returning to Branson year after year. We will work hard for your

Payment
Payment Made By American Express, Discover, MasterCard Or Visa Will Be Charged
At Time Of Booking. Payment Made By Cashiers Check Or Money Order Must Be
Received Prior To Confirmation.
Changes
Changes In Packages Can Be Made Up To 4 Days Prior To Arrival. No Changes To
Package Can Be Made After That Time.
Cancellation
If Cancellation Insurance (See Below) Is Not Purchased At The Time Of Booking, A
10% Cancellation Fee (10% of Total Package Costs) Will Apply If Package Is
Cancelled Up To And Including The 4th Day Prior To Arrival. If Package Is
Cancelled Within 3 Days Prior To Arrival Date There Will Be No Refund.
Cancellation Cutoff times are 4:00pm daily.
Cancellation Insurance Protection
You Are Given The Option To Purchase Cancellation Insurance Protection For An
Addition At $14.95. If Purchased This Amount Will Be Charged On Date Package Is
Booked. This Allows You To Cancel Your Package Up To And Including The 4th Day
Prior To Arrival Or First Scheduled Activity Without Any Additional Fees Or
Penalties And You Will Be Refunded The Full Amount Of Your Package. The Cost Of
The Cancellation Insurance Protection Is Non-Refundable.
Rates
Package Rates Are Quoted In U.S. Funds And Are Subject To Change. Tax Is
Included In All Package Prices.
Documents
Documents Will Be At The Front Desk Of Hotel By 3:00pm On Your Day Of Arrival.

Branson Vacation Company Acts Solely As An Agent In Arranging Accommodations,
Entertainment And Other Services And Does Not Assume Liability For Injury,
Damage, Loss Or Accident Due To Delay In Transportation, Act Of Companies Or
Persons Rendering Other Services. Anything Included In The Contract Including
Accommodations, Entertainment Or Other Services Is Subject To Change Due To
Cancelled Shows, Schedule Changes Or Conditions Beyond Our Control, But Will Be
Replaced With Equal Value. There Are No Refunds On Any Unused Portion Of
Accommodations, Entertainment Or Any Other Service Of Your Package/Ticketing. |
